Memory Walk Remembrance Journal
A Guided Journal for Preserving the Story of Someone You Love
Free
Every life leaves something behind—a story, a lesson, a laugh, a recipe, a saying, a photograph, or a memory that still makes someone smile.
The Memory Walk Remembrance Journal was created as a quiet place to gather those pieces.
Through gentle, guided questions, the journal invites you to remember not only the milestones of a person’s life, but the smaller things that often carry just as much meaning: the things they loved, the words they used to say, the way they cared for others, the ordinary moments you miss, the lessons they passed down, and the pieces of them that continue through the people they loved.
There is no right or wrong way to complete this journal. Write as much or as little as feels right. Skip a question. Return to another later. Take a day, a week, or longer.
The journal can be filled out digitally or printed and completed by hand, and it is yours to keep whether or not you choose to share it with us.
If you would like your loved one to become part of Memory Walk at The Dendera Gazette, you may return your completed journal when you are ready. Their story will then begin the remembrance process, with an opportunity for you to review the completed remembrance before publication.
They were here. They were loved. They are remembered.
